2, Renal artery stenosis will decrease the kidney blood volume, kidney will be ischemic. Kidney can protect itself, though it is just partial ischemia, kidney will secrete renin for increasing renal blood volume, which increases the whole circulation system’s blood pressure wrongly.

This kind of high blood pressure calls renal hypertension.
